Publicly open to all nature-lovers, we are proudly the first bushwalking group established by Victorian residents of Iranian backgrounds. Affiliated by Bushwalking Victoria, Iranian Bushwalkers (IB) is a non-profit club whose main activities with insurance coverage include: 
- Hiking 
- Bushwalking 
- Social Activities 

We provide weekly day walks across Victoria, mostly within 1.5 hours drive from Melbourne metropolitan area. Our activities are open not only to the members but to the guest walkers who would like to participate in a range of physical and social activities that IB has to offer to suit different levels of hiking experience. Multi-day intra and interstate trips are also on the list. 

Whilst most of the walks are single-day activities held on Saturdays, we also run camping and sightseeing on weekends and public holidays. In addition, there are regular social gatherings such as celebrating cultural events and occasions and from time to time we organise push-biking, rock climbing, cave abseiling, motor-biking, and so forth. More on the socially active side, IB holds monthly book review gatherings where people can share ideas on a given book, as well as movie sessions run once a month when a great number of critics and movie fans come together to delve into a cinema-focused evening. 

Moreover, IB proudly takes part and collaborates in multiple charity events all-year-long such as Helping Feet and BTAC Track Cleaning. Club’s activities have a strong social element to them which encourages the healthy habit of a physically active lifestyle and promotes diversity.

In this event, a few decisions need to be made, which come as below:
1. To decide the number of ordinary members of the Committee AGM wishes to hold office for the next year.
2. To elect the members of the Committee as below.
The Committee consists of
- a President; and
- a Vice-President; and

3. To confirm the minutes of the previous annual general meeting and of any special general meeting held since then
4. To confirm or vary the amounts (if any) of the annual subscription and joining fee.
5. To receive and consider the annual report of the Committee on the activities of the Association during the preceding financial year
6. To receive and consider the financial statements of the Association for the preceding financial year submitted by the Committee in accordance with Part 7 of the Act

Check out this 11.3-km circular trail near Melbourne, Victoria. Generally considered a moderately challenging route.

Emerald Lake and Lake Nobelius Loop

Grade: 3+ to 4+ (depends on ground & sky!),
Length: 14 km,
Elevation gain: 600 m,
Route type: Loop,
Description: This is a great track within a day trip from Melbourne in area located in Murrindindi Scenic Reserve. The walk creates a loop linking together Booroondara Track and Murrindindi River that is easy enough for the family, but hard enough to get the blood pumping. 

The route passes by Wilhelmina Falls, including the base of the falls and a viewing platform with excellent views of the top of the falls which is 75 metres high. Be prepared as there are some steep and rocky sections. Make sure to bring enough water!

بعد از غیبتی چندهفته‌ای در برنامه‌های طبیعت‌گردی، برای این هفته مسیری ساختم تا حالمان کمی جا بیاید! سه مسیر از چهار مسیر اصلی پارک ملی رشته کوه بریزبن را که سازمان پارک‌های ویکتوریا در راهنمای این پارک آورده، به هم وصل کردم و به نتایج زیر رسیدم:

طول مسیر: چهارده و نیم کیلومتر، 

صعود: 700 متر، 

فرود: 700 متر، 

درجۀ سختی: 4 از 5،

پیش‌بینی هوا فعلا 60 درصد احتمال بارندگی را نشان می‌دهد که بیشترش بعدازظهر است. بنابراین سعی خواهیم کرد کمی سریع‌تر حرکت کنیم تا کمتر به باران بخوریم.

 مطمئن باشید که به خوبی مجهز هستید، لباس مناسب دارید و آب و غذای کافی با خود حمل می‌کنید. اطلاعات بیشتر در این مورد را اینجا می‌توانید ببینید:

Brisbane Ranges National Park

در برنامه این هفته سری به فیلیپ آیلند میزنیم برای دو مسیر پیاده روی. 
مسیر اول یک پیاده روی 9 کیلومتری(با تغییر ارتفاع 150 متری) و با درجه سختی سه هست. این مسیر لوپ سه ساعت طول خواهد کشید و با ماشین به محل شروع پیاده روی دوم میرویم. این مسیر لوپ 4 کیلومتری ( درجه دو) یک ساعت طول خواهد کشید. 
در پایان برنامه سری به یک شکلات سازی در منطقه میزنیم. هوا بارانی خواهد بود و کمی از مسیر پیاده روی کنار ساحل خواهد بود.

ساعت شروع: ۹:۳۰ صبح

ساعت پایان:۳:۳۰ بعدازظهر

طول مسیر: ۹ کیلومتر مسیر اول، ۴ کیلومتر مسیر دوم 

پیاده روی راس ساعت ۹:۳۰ صبح شروع خوهد شد. بدلیل جزر و مد و عبور از کنار ساحل، برنامه راس ساعت شروع خواهد شد.

حضور در این برنامه برای عموم آزاد هست. شرکت در این برنامه برای اعضای دایم رایگان و برای اعضای موقت 20 دلار میباشد.

Phillip Island Walk 

در این برنامه به یکی از مسیرهای زیبای منطقه ی Brisbane Ranges می‌رویم. لازم به ذکر است که بخشی از مسیر (حدود 3.5 کیلومتر) آف تِرک هست و از کنار رودخانه رد خواهیم شد و امکان اندکی خیس شدن در حین عبور از عرض رودخانه وجود دارد. 

درجه سختی برنامه: 
4 
این درجه بندی بدون در نظر گرفتن وضعیت آب و هوا می باشد و در صورت بارندگی، میزان دشواری کمی بیشتر خواهد بود. 

طول مسیر:
14.5 کیلومتر

فراز و فرود:
400 متر

وسایل مورد نیاز:
کفش مناسب، چوب کوه پیمایی، اسپری ضد زالو(اختیاری)، جعبه کمک های اولیه، خوراکی و آب به میزان کافی، لباس گرم و بارانی، جوراب اضافی، کرم ضد آفتاب.

نوع مسیر:
لوپ

ساعت شروع برنامه: ساعت 8:30 صبح در محل شروع مسیر همدیگر رو ملاقات خواهیم کرد و پس از 15 دقیقه آماده سازی ساعت  8:45 مسیر را آغاز خواهیم کرد.

اگر هوا همراهی کنه و شنبه بارون شدیدی نداشته باشیم منطقه لردردرگ این هفته میزبان گروه خواهد بود. 

مسیری به طول حدود ۱۵ کیلومتر با فراز و فرود ۷۹۶ متر مناسب افرادی که از قدرت بدنی مناسبی برخوردار هستند، برنامه های درجه چهار رو قبلا  شرکت کردند یا مورد تایید یک نفر از لیدرهای گروه باشند. 

لطفا در نظر داشته باشید که مسیر سرازیری و سربالایی تند داره و به همراه داشتن لوازم هایکینگ مناسب ضروریه. 

.درصورتی که هوا به طرز نامناسبی برای منطقه لردردرگ تغییر کنه برنامه با هماهنگی قبلی با اعضا به برنامه دیگری تغییر پیدا می کنه.
