Publicly open to all nature-lovers, we are proudly the first bushwalking group established by Victorian residents of Iranian backgrounds. Affiliated by Bushwalking Victoria, Iranian Bushwalkers (IB) is a non-profit club whose main activities with insurance coverage include: 
- Hiking 
- Bushwalking 
- Social Activities 

We provide weekly day walks across Victoria, mostly within 1.5 hours drive from Melbourne metropolitan area. Our activities are open not only to the members but to the guest walkers who would like to participate in a range of physical and social activities that IB has to offer to suit different levels of hiking experience. Multi-day intra and interstate trips are also on the list. 

Whilst most of the walks are single-day activities held on Saturdays, we also run camping and sightseeing on weekends and public holidays. In addition, there are regular social gatherings such as celebrating cultural events and occasions and from time to time we organise push-biking, rock climbing, cave abseiling, motor-biking, and so forth. More on the socially active side, IB holds monthly book review gatherings where people can share ideas on a given book, as well as movie sessions run once a month when a great number of critics and movie fans come together to delve into a cinema-focused evening. 

Moreover, IB proudly takes part and collaborates in multiple charity events all-year-long such as Helping Feet and BTAC Track Cleaning. Club’s activities have a strong social element to them which encourages the healthy habit of a physically active lifestyle and promotes diversity.

در برنامه این هفته برای یک پیک نیک و پیاده روی خانوادگی همراه کودکان به پارک زیبایی در کوه های دندنونگ خواهیم رفت.

درمورد این برنامه:
ساعت ۱۰ در آلاچیق کنار پارک پیک نیک خواهیم کرد تا بچه ها بتونن از فضای خاص و زیبای این پارک نهایت استفاده رو بکنند.
امکانات پارک:
پلی گراند مناسب تمام سنین همراه با زمین شن، مکان مناسب پیک نیک و دستشویی
در صورت امادگی افراد میتونیم فعالیت های تفریحی-ورزشی همچون پیاده روی های کوتاه در دو گروه آقایان و خانوم ها، والیبال و وسطی، پانتومیم…… داشته باشیم.
وسايل مورد نياز:
زير انداز، صندلي ، ميز طبيعت، آب، خواركي ،ناهار، وسايل بازي، مايع ضد عفوني، كلاه براي آفتاب، لباس مناسب براي هواي باراني، كرم ضد آفتاب ، بسته كمك هاي اوليه و ديگر وسايل شخصي.

Family Bushwalking & Picnic- Olinda Playspace

Elevation gain: 326 m
Route type: Loop
Grade: Moderate (based on All Trails)

Try this 7.6-km loop trail near Pentland Hills, Victoria. Generally considered a moderately challenging route. This is a very popular area for hiking and walking, so you'll likely encounter other people while exploring. The trail is open year-round and is beautiful to visit anytime. You'll need to leave pups at home — dogs aren't allowed on this trail.

The Wadawurrung and Wurundjeri Peoples are the Traditional Owners of the region where the Werribee Gorge State Park is nestled. This short circuit begins from Meikles Point Picnic Area and is a beautiful route along the Werribee River and is well-signed – walkers can travel the circuit in either direction, but anti-clockwise is recommended.
 
There are a few technical areas requiring some scrambling and a short cliff section with cables along an exposed rock face, but they’re not too difficult to manoeuvre. When traveling anti-clockwise from Meikles Point you will reach a junction with the Centenary Walk around 2km, turn left here to stay on the gorge circuit or turn right and extend your hike with a trip to Island Lookout. Be sure to bring your bathers as there are great swimming opportunities at Lionshead and Needles Beach along the river.

پیاده روی خانوادگی، 
در برنامه این هفته برای یک پیاده روی خانوادگی همراه کودکان به منطقه زیبای امرالد خواهیم رفت.

شرکت در این برنامه رایگان میباشد و شامل بیمه گروه طبیعت گردی نخواهد بود

درمورد این برنامه:
ساعت ۱۰:۳۰ برنامه رو با یک واک ۴ کیلومتری به شکل لوپ به سمت دریاچه شروع خواهیم کرد که با توجه به حضور بچه ها و سرگرمی که در طول مسیر براشون خواهیم داشت حدود ۲:۳۰ طول خواهد کشید.
پس از پیاده روی به سمت محل پارکینگ که بخش پیک نیک و نیمکت هم دارد، برمیگردیم کمی در محل استراحت میکنیم و در صورت موافقت جمع و آمادگی بچه ها برای صرف کافی به کافه محلی اونجا سری خواهیم زد.
   
در مورد مسیر:
مسیر برای پیاده روی همه گروه های سنی مناسب هست، اگر مثل ما کودکی کم سن و سال دارید که قادر به پیاده روی نیست کالسکه و کریر هم گزینه مناسبی برای این مسیر هست.

Wols and Rib Track

در برنامۀ این هفته، پیمایشی خواهیم داشت به طول پانزده و نیم کیلومتر در حوالی رودخانۀ یارا در منطقۀ واراندایت

 این برنامه قبلا از شمال به جنوب اجرا شده.  اینبار مسیر را از جنوب به شمال می رویم. مسیر، یکطرفه است و کارشافل خواهیم داشت 
ساعت هشت به محل قرار بیایید.  تعدادی از ماشینها را همانجا گذاشته و به اول مسیر می‌رویم.


درجۀ سختی مسیر، در سایت تریل هایکینگ، سه یا همان متوسط ارزیابی شده
کفش و لباس و کولۀ مناسب، نوشیدنی و تنقلات به اندازۀ کافی، ناهار،محافظت در برابر آفتاب و لوازم شخصی فراموش نشود.

Yarra River Heritage Walk 

درود بر همنودان عزیز

اول قرار بود برویم آلبالوچینی دیدم تمام شده! بعد لیسترفیلد را نگاه کردم دیدم دمایش را سی و یک درجه نشان می‌دهد! بعد رشته کوه‌های دندنونگ را دیدم بیست و هفت درجه نشان می‌دهد و سرانجام دماغه ماهیچه‌ای (!) را نگاه کردم دیدم بیست و شش درجه نشان می‌دهد و آن را برگزیدم به این امید که بالاتر از بیست و شش درجه نرود! ولی لطفا شما بیشتر در نظر بگیرید و حسابی آب و املاح با خودتان بیاورید تا دچار گرمازدگی نشوید. اسم مسیر را از خودم در آورده‌ام! در واقع، نیمی از مسیر پیاده‌روی دو ساحلی است! مسیری که طراحی کرده‌ام از جنگل شروع می‌شود و به دریا ختم می‌شود. بین راه هم سری به ساحل بکر و موردعلاقه‌ام خواهیم زد. طول مسیر شانزده کیلومتر است با سیصد و پنجاه متر صعود و چهارصد و پنجاه متر فرود و درجه سختی آن، سه (متوسط) ارزیابی می‌شود مشروط بر اینکه پیش‌بینی هوا (نیمه‌ابری با دمای حداکثر بیست و شش درجه درست در بیاید). کارشافل خواهیم داشت پس دیر نکنید تا جا نمانید.
