Publicly open to all nature-lovers, we are proudly the first bushwalking group established by Victorian residents of Iranian backgrounds. Affiliated by Bushwalking Victoria, Iranian Bushwalkers (IB) is a non-profit club whose main activities with insurance coverage include: 
- Hiking 
- Bushwalking 
- Social Activities 

We provide weekly day walks across Victoria, mostly within 1.5 hours drive from Melbourne metropolitan area. Our activities are open not only to the members but to the guest walkers who would like to participate in a range of physical and social activities that IB has to offer to suit different levels of hiking experience. Multi-day intra and interstate trips are also on the list. 

Whilst most of the walks are single-day activities held on Saturdays, we also run camping and sightseeing on weekends and public holidays. In addition, there are regular social gatherings such as celebrating cultural events and occasions and from time to time we organise push-biking, rock climbing, cave abseiling, motor-biking, and so forth. More on the socially active side, IB holds monthly book review gatherings where people can share ideas on a given book, as well as movie sessions run once a month when a great number of critics and movie fans come together to delve into a cinema-focused evening. 

Moreover, IB proudly takes part and collaborates in multiple charity events all-year-long such as Helping Feet and BTAC Track Cleaning. Club’s activities have a strong social element to them which encourages the healthy habit of a physically active lifestyle and promotes diversity.

سلام بر ورزشکاران عزیز

در این هفته برنامه‌ای داریم  , از دامنه‌های جنوبی رشته‌های داندنونگ  , دور رودخانه ای زیبا وبا دیدن کنکورهای  بسیار زیاد .
درجه سختی این برنام ۳ در نظر گرفته شده  ‌حدود ۱۵ کیلو متر ۹ صبح شروع و۳ بعد ظهر تمام می‌شود 

ساعت شروع: ۹ صبح 

ساعت اتمام حدود:۳ بعد از ظهر

طول مسیر حدود: ۱۵ کیلومتر

درجه دشواری: ۳

نوع مسیر: لوپ

ارتفاع ۳۶۷متر صعود و فرود

شرکت در این برنامه برای اعضای دایم رایگان و برای اعضای موقت ۱۵ دلار میباشد .

وسایل مورد نیاز: کرم ضد آفتاب، بسته کمک های اولیه، آب زیاد، اسپری ضد زالو، کارت شناسایی، خوراکی های خوشمزه.

Lysterfield park 

سلام و درود به ورزشکاران عزیز 

این شنبه  برنامه ای به جنگل ایالتی تولنگی خواهیم رفت تا عمده‌ی مسیرهای پیاده‌روی آن را که حدود پانزده کیلومتر می‌شود طی کنیم و از هوای پاک و مناظر زیبای این جنگل  لذت ببریم. درجه‌ی سختی این برنامه، بین سه و چهار ارزیابی می‌شود. 

لوازم مورد نیاز : کفش مناسب، گیتر، حداقل دو  لیتر آب، ضد آفتاب، پوشش مناسب ضد زالو یا اسپری ضد حشرات، ناهار و تنقلات.

هزینه: برای اعضا مجانی و برای غیر اعضا  ۱۵$ می باشد 

طول مسیر پیاده روی: ۱۵ کیلومتر

درجه سختی: بین ۳ و ۴

نوع مسیر:  حلقوی

صعود: ۶۵۰ متر

فرود: ۶۵۰ متر
