موضوعات جلسه

در این جلسه تصمیمات زیر مطرح خواهد شد:

1. تعیین تعداد اعضای عادی کمیته برای سال آینده

2. انتخاب اعضای کمیته شامل:

- رئیس

- نائب‌رئیس

- دبیر

- خزانه‌دار

- اعضای عادی

3. تأیید صورتجلسه مجمع عمومی سال قبل و هر جلسه ویژه برگزارشده پس‌ازآن

4. تأیید یا تغییر میزان حق عضویت سالانه و هزینه ثبت‌نام

5. بررسی گزارش سالانه کمیته درباره فعالیت‌های سال گذشته

6. بررسی صورت‌های مالی سال گذشته طبق بخش ۷ قانون

1. اگر مایلید در کمیته فعالیت کنید، لطفاً نامزدی خود را به ایمیل secretary@ib.org.au ارسال کرده و موقعیت مورد نظر را مشخص کنید.

2. اگر نمی‌توانید در جلسه شرکت کنید، می‌توانید یکی از اعضا را به‌عنوان نماینده (Proxy) معرفی کنید تا به‌جای شما رأی دهد و صحبت کند. کافیست نام نماینده را در پاسخ به این ایمیل secretary@ib.org.au ارسال کنید.

Event's Topics

In this event, the following decisions will be made:

1. To decide the number of ordinary Committee members holding office next year.

2. To elect Committee members, including:

- President

- Vice-President

- Secretary

- Treasurer

- Ordinary Members

3. To confirm the minutes of the previous AGM and any special general meetings since then.

4. To confirm or vary the annual subscription and joining fee (if any).

5. To receive and consider the Committee’s annual report on the Association’s activities.

6. To receive and consider the financial statements of the Association for the previous financial year, in accordance with Part 7 of the Act.

1. To nominate yourself for the Committee, please send an email to secretary@ib.org.au stating your preferred position.

2. If you cannot attend the AGM, you may appoint another member as your proxy to vote and speak on your behalf. Simply reply with your proxy’s name to this Email secretary@ib.org.au.
