Publicly open to all nature-lovers, we are proudly the first bushwalking group established by Victorian residents of Iranian backgrounds. Affiliated by Bushwalking Victoria, Iranian Bushwalkers (IB) is a non-profit club whose main activities with insurance coverage include: 
- Hiking 
- Bushwalking 
- Social Activities 

We provide weekly day walks across Victoria, mostly within 1.5 hours drive from Melbourne metropolitan area. Our activities are open not only to the members but to the guest walkers who would like to participate in a range of physical and social activities that IB has to offer to suit different levels of hiking experience. Multi-day intra and interstate trips are also on the list. 

Whilst most of the walks are single-day activities held on Saturdays, we also run camping and sightseeing on weekends and public holidays. In addition, there are regular social gatherings such as celebrating cultural events and occasions and from time to time we organise push-biking, rock climbing, cave abseiling, motor-biking, and so forth. More on the socially active side, IB holds monthly book review gatherings where people can share ideas on a given book, as well as movie sessions run once a month when a great number of critics and movie fans come together to delve into a cinema-focused evening. 

Moreover, IB proudly takes part and collaborates in multiple charity events all-year-long such as Helping Feet and BTAC Track Cleaning. Club’s activities have a strong social element to them which encourages the healthy habit of a physically active lifestyle and promotes diversity.

Iranian Bushwalkers

. برنامه این هفته در منطقه ای بسیار زیبا در دندنوگ رنجرز در  شرق ملبورن انجام خواهد شد.
در مسیر درختان و پرنده های زیبا رو در کنار برکه آب و آبشار خواهیم دید. 
اگر خوش شانس باشیم شاید خرچنگ هم ببینیم و از یک باغ معروف هم عبور می کنیم. 
بعد از نهار یکم پیاده روی میکنیم و در یک کافی شاپ جالب تجدید قوا میکنیم

کفش مقاوم در برابر نفوذ آب، گیترز، شلوار و لباس مقاوم در برابر آب و حشرات الزامی میباشد. 

اسپری محافظ در برابر پشه ، کرم ضد آفتاب، آب و نهار همراه داشته باشیم

 مسیر بخاطر بارندگی های اخیر مرطوب و گل آلود می باشد و دارای 3 شیب تند می باشد که مناسب کسانی که آسیب دیدگی زانو دارند نمی باشد. 

طول مسیر بین 16 تا 21 کیلومتر می باشد ودرجه سختی این برنامه  4می باشد

Hall, Paddy, Welch, Yards, Ridge, Hackett and Lloyds Track

این یکشنبه (۲۹ Jan) برای پیک‌نیک و آب‌تنی توی رودخونه به Murrindindi Scenic Reserve می‌ریم. ساعت ۱۱ صبح اونجا خواهیم بود تا ۴ عصر. ۱ تا ۲ کیلومتر آخر مسیر خاکیه. امکانات موجود شامل منقل، آلاچیق، و توالت هست. در صورت تمایل گروه، ساعت ۴ حرکت می‌کنیم سمت آبشار Upper Wilhelmina Falls. از پیک‌نیک تا پارکینگ آبشار (Jacksons Bridge) بیست و سه دقیقه رانندگی داریم، کل مسیر خاکیه. از جایی که پارک می‌کنیم تا آبشار هم یه پیاده‌روی سبک خواهیم داشت، ۳.۶ کیلومتر رفت و برگشت، با کمی شیب در انتهای مسیر و چند تا درخت که توی راه افتادن. پیش‌بینیمون اینه که درصورت رفت و برگشت به آبشار‌، برنامه حدود ساعت ۷عصر به پایان برسه.

هوا در طول روز تا ۲۶ درجه گرم میشه و شب به ۱۲ درجه میرسه!!!
