Publicly open to all nature-lovers, we are proudly the first bushwalking group established by Victorian residents of Iranian backgrounds. Affiliated by Bushwalking Victoria, Iranian Bushwalkers (IB) is a non-profit club whose main activities with insurance coverage include: 
- Hiking 
- Bushwalking 
- Social Activities 

We provide weekly day walks across Victoria, mostly within 1.5 hours drive from Melbourne metropolitan area. Our activities are open not only to the members but to the guest walkers who would like to participate in a range of physical and social activities that IB has to offer to suit different levels of hiking experience. Multi-day intra and interstate trips are also on the list. 

Whilst most of the walks are single-day activities held on Saturdays, we also run camping and sightseeing on weekends and public holidays. In addition, there are regular social gatherings such as celebrating cultural events and occasions and from time to time we organise push-biking, rock climbing, cave abseiling, motor-biking, and so forth. More on the socially active side, IB holds monthly book review gatherings where people can share ideas on a given book, as well as movie sessions run once a month when a great number of critics and movie fans come together to delve into a cinema-focused evening. 

Moreover, IB proudly takes part and collaborates in multiple charity events all-year-long such as Helping Feet and BTAC Track Cleaning. Club’s activities have a strong social element to them which encourages the healthy habit of a physically active lifestyle and promotes diversity.

مسیر این هفته در فاصله حدود 62 کیلومتری از مرکز شهر و در جنوب غربی ملبورن (یو ینگز نشنال پارک) ، به طول تقریبی 13.8 کیلومتر و فراز و فرود حدود 563 متر در نظر گرفته شده که درجه سختی آن با نوجه به پیش بینی بارندگی در این هفته +3 از 5 برآورد می‌شود.

بنظر میرسه آخر هفته‌ی بارانی داشته باشیم و مسیر احتمالا لغزنده  خواهد بود. به همراه داشتن کفش مناسب هایکینگ، **بارانی یا پانچو** و چوب دستی از الزامات شرکت دراین برنامه است. داشتن خوراکی و آب کافی هم طبق معمول توصیه می‌شود.

 ساعت 8:30 در محل شروع خواهیم بود و پس از 15 دقیقه آماده سازی شروع به حرکت میکنیم

Flinders West Northern Saddle Loop

پیرو کنسلی برنامۀ پرستو که هیچ کس از ما جرئت نکرد شرکت کند مسیری طراحی کردم با یازده کیلومتر طول، هفتصد و بیست متر فراز و هفتصد و بیست متر نشیب. درجۀ سختی برنامه، چهار ارزیابی می شود. پیش بینی هوا فعلا حداکثر بیست و چهار درجه را نشان می دهد لطفا نوشیدنی به اندازه کافی همراه داشته باشید. کفش کوه هم از الزامات است چرا که جنس مسیر در بسیاری از بخش ها سخت و سنگی است. بخش آخر مسیر کنار رودخانۀ وریبی است. اگر گرم بود شاید تنی هم به آب بزنیم مایو فراموش نشود. یک بخش از کنار رودخانه هم باید از روی سنگ ها و با طناب رد شویم که بخش هیجان انگیزی است.
