Publicly open to all nature-lovers, we are proudly the first bushwalking group established by Victorian residents of Iranian backgrounds. Affiliated by Bushwalking Victoria, Iranian Bushwalkers (IB) is a non-profit club whose main activities with insurance coverage include: 
- Hiking 
- Bushwalking 
- Social Activities 

We provide weekly day walks across Victoria, mostly within 1.5 hours drive from Melbourne metropolitan area. Our activities are open not only to the members but to the guest walkers who would like to participate in a range of physical and social activities that IB has to offer to suit different levels of hiking experience. Multi-day intra and interstate trips are also on the list. 

Whilst most of the walks are single-day activities held on Saturdays, we also run camping and sightseeing on weekends and public holidays. In addition, there are regular social gatherings such as celebrating cultural events and occasions and from time to time we organise push-biking, rock climbing, cave abseiling, motor-biking, and so forth. More on the socially active side, IB holds monthly book review gatherings where people can share ideas on a given book, as well as movie sessions run once a month when a great number of critics and movie fans come together to delve into a cinema-focused evening. 

Moreover, IB proudly takes part and collaborates in multiple charity events all-year-long such as Helping Feet and BTAC Track Cleaning. Club’s activities have a strong social element to them which encourages the healthy habit of a physically active lifestyle and promotes diversity.

Bushwalking 563 - Blackwood - Ruths Gully Circuit

Anzac Memorial to Sherbrooke Falls via Break Point track & is another excellent walk in the Dandenongs. It is a 10 km loop in Dandenong Ranges.

Event 559 - Brisbane Ranges National Park

Length: 7.6 km
Elevation gain: 326 m
Route type: Loop
Grade: Moderate (based on All Trails)

Try this 7.6-km loop trail near Pentland Hills, Victoria. Generally considered a moderately challenging route. This is a very popular area for hiking and walking, so you'll likely encounter other people while exploring. The trail is open year-round and is beautiful to visit anytime. You'll need to leave pups at home — dogs aren't allowed on this trail.

The Wadawurrung and Wurundjeri Peoples are the Traditional Owners of the region where the Werribee Gorge State Park is nestled. This short circuit begins from Meikles Point Picnic Area and is a beautiful route along the Werribee River and is well-signed – walkers can travel the circuit in either direction, but anti-clockwise is recommended.
 
There are a few technical areas requiring some scrambling and a short cliff section with cables along an exposed rock face, but they’re not too difficult to manoeuvre. When traveling anti-clockwise from Meikles Point you will reach a junction with the Centenary Walk around 2km, turn left here to stay on the gorge circuit or turn right and extend your hike with a trip to Island Lookout. Be sure to bring your bathers as there are great swimming opportunities at Lionshead and Needles Beach along the river.

Annual General Meeting Iranian Bushwalkers 2022

درود بر همراهان همیشگی
در برنامه این هفته سری به منطقه کینگ لیک خواهیم زد و مسیری حدود ۱۲ کیلومتری را با هم خواهیم پیمود.
 - مدت زمان این برنامه حدود ۴.۵ ساعت پیش بینی شده و درجه سختی ۳ شیبدار در نظر گرفته شده است و نوع مسیرحلقه ایی.
حدود ۴۳۰ متر سربالایی خواهیم داشت و به همین میزان سرازیری.
 - زمان شروع برنامه ساعت ۹ صبح و گردهمایی ساعت ۸.۴۵ میباشد .
 - لطفا برای هماهنگی ،معرفی، کفش پوشیدن و گرم کردن دیرتر از ۸.۴۵ تشریف نیاریدکه برنامه رو رأس ساعت شروع کنیم.
 - اگر پیش‌بینی هوا  به وضعیت غیرقابل قبولی تغییر کند احتمال لغو برنامه یا تغییر آن وجود دارد.

Mt Everard -Kinglake

این یک برنامه جایگزین برای برنامه ی Lorne بود ، که بخاطر بارش های اخیر تبدیل به رودخانه شده است.
در رودخانه های Brisbane Range  معمولا جویندگان طلا هم میبینیم. اگر لایسنس مربوط به این کار را دارید، شانس تان را امتحان کنید..
دو هفته پیش این مسیر رو من برای بازدید رفتم جاهایی که باید از آب رد بشیم در حد نهر می باشند – زیر مچ پا - و راهپیمایی متوسطی دارد. این مسیر حدود 18 کیلومتر می باشد ولی اگر هوا مناسب نباشد مسیر 13 کیلومتری را می رویم. 
روز شنبه در حال حاضر بارانی پیشبینی می شود برای همین لباس مناسب باران داشته باشید. شیب تند در دو یا سه منطقه داریم و ولی کوتاه می باشد.
اکثر مسیر شیب ملایمی دارد که برای زانو و کمر ورزشکاران مناسب می باشد 
کفش هایک ،عصای هایک ،آب فراوان، خوراکی های چرب و پر انرژی ، ضدآفتاب،
طول مسیر فعلا 18 کیلومتر،فراز و فرود مسیر 613 متر و نوع مسیر هم حلقوی و درجه سختی 3+ می باشد

Brisbane Range Circuit

شرکت در این برنامه برای اعضای دایم رایگان و برای اعضای موقت 20 دلار میباشد

وسایل مورد نیاز: کرم ضد آفتاب، بسته کمک های اولیه، آب زیاد، اسپری ضد زالو، کارت شناسایی، خوراکی های خوشمزه، و دیگرافزارشخصی.

حضور در این برنامه برای عموم آزاد هست. برای شرکت در این برنامه علاوه بر آنچه در هنگام عضویت تعهد داده‌اید،لازم است که واکسیناسیون کامل را انجام داده باشید و نشانه‌های کرونا نیز نداشته باشید.

Event 858: Dee River via Rail Trail and Aqueduct

تو بین همه ی جاههایی که تو استرالیا رفتم که خیلی هم زیاد نیستن کتیدرال رو بیشتر از همه دوست دارم، اصلا یه جور دیگه ای باش ارتباط برقرار میکنم، تنهایی میرم یه حالیه تو جمع میرم یه حالی، تو جمع رو بیشتر دوست دارم ولی خب بعضی موقع ها لازمه تنها باشیم.


بیاین این هفته پایه شیم بریم اگه روز تنهایی تون نیست، مسیرشمالی رو میریم، همه 
                                                  بزرگه رو میریم هم اگه شد کوچیکه رو. چون مسیر راحتی نیست  فکرکردم بهتره مختص اعضای دایم باشه که باتجربه ترن، درجه سختیش هم یه چیزی بین چهار تا پنجه و فکر میکنم مناسب حال دوستانی که درد زانو یا کمر دارن نباشه یعنی به نظرم اصلا نیست.


حتما کفش هایک داشته باشین که اگه نداشته باشین از همراهی منع میشید،عصای هایک هم بسیار کمک کننده اس،آب فراوان، خوراکی های سالم و مقوی، ضدآفتاب، و کارت شناسایی هم که به قول گفتنی گفتن نداره دیگه .

برای اینکه از حضور سبزتون بهره مند بشیم لازمه واکسیناسیون کامل رو انجام داده باشین و نشانه های کرونا هم نداشته باشین.

طول مسیر 14.7 کیلومتره ،فراز و فرود مسیر هرکدوم 822 متره و نوع مسیر هم حلقویه.

اگه اومدین با هم مراقب همدیگه هستیم اگه نه که مراقب خودتون باشین، اگه تصمیم گرفتین بیاین لطفا سرموقع بیاین که برگشتنی خیلی دیرمون نشه، درضمن یه شیش هفت ساعتی هایک خوب داریم، به امید دیدار.
